Every situation (dog, client, environment, history, etc.) is unique. At Caliper Ridge, we remain flexible and will adapt to each case as it evolves. We will provide every client with realistic expectations, actionable advice, clear explanations and ongoing support.
Instant results or quick fixes are almost never possible, particularly with behavioural issues. I cannot guarantee results within a specific timeframe—no legitimate trainer can. What I can guarantee is that Caliper Ridge will provide the best possible advice tailored to you, your dog, and your unique situation. Improvement will occur, but lasting success depends on your ongoing commitment to working with your dog and adhering to the prescribed techniques and training plan.
Caliper Ridge and its trainers are not liable in any way whatsoever for your conduct or the conduct of your dog.
Clients agree to pay all fees to Caliper Ridge at the end of each training session except for fees for the Initial Consultation, Private Training Bundles, Group Classes and Puppy Walks which are payable in advance. Refunds are not provided. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours of notice may incur a charge of $75.
You must accept the above conditions and sign the Caliper Ridge Dog Training Agreement before we can provide any services. For Group Programs and Puppy Walks, you must also sign the Use of Property Release of Liability Agreement. See the Agreements page. Furthermore, you agree to work collaboratively with Caliper Ridge and provide us with all relevant information regarding your dog, situation, etc. and answer questions truthfully to the best of your ability and recollection.
